This this the program to change any existing pdf file. Edit PDF files now! How do you change existing PDF files? You don't know how? It is easy to edit existing PDF files with PDF Editor! You can add text in any font you want or change existing text to correct spelling errors or change old phone numbers. Just double click on a text object to edit it. You can select and drag and drop any object in the pdf file. To edit a picture you can simply double click on the picture and the program will show the picture in the integrated picture editor. Select, move and copy and paste text, picture and vector graphic objects with the pointer tool.

It does not matter which program created the PDF file! You can change the PDF file!

This is the only program available with which you can edit the document objects, annotate pdf files and manage the pages of pdf files in one program. Most other tools that call itself "PDF Editor" only allow you to annotate pdf files. This is nice but PDF Editor is the first real PDF Editor program (Version 1: 02/2003) that can edit the page objects too! Annotations can be removed and are not part of the document - real document objects are the solution.

You do not need to write everything again only because a price or an address has changed! You do not need to fill out form with hand after you print it out. Simply fill the form on the screen! Don't worry about documents which can not be printed out because of security settings. PDF Editor will print it for sure.

With PDF Editor you can underline, highlight and strikeout texts and edit the bookmarks. You are able to change the order of the pages or delete pages. Hide the information on a page so that it is invisible in the Acrobat Reader but can be unhidden later. You can change the page size or move the content. Add stamps like "Confidential" or "Top secret". The source code of the page (a language like HTML) is editable for you. Use the program to read and write encrypted pdf files. The program leaves the layout untouched after saving if you don't want to change it.

With PDF Editor "Pro" you can use the functions to add new form fields (text fields, checkboxes etc.).

The program runs under: Windows 7/Vista/XP. It will run under Windows 2000 if you install the file gdiplus.dll (search in Google for it.)

Dear Cad-Kas,

I have been struggling using Acrobat to try and edit PDF's for years now. I did exactly what Andy from Scotland did, downloaded the trial version of PDF Edit 2.4, and within an hour purchased the Pro version.

Your simple interface and useful commands had me zipping through and editing text, logos and graphics in a sixty page PDF catalog. I finished this project in just over two hours, something that used to take me a couple of days !

I was also surprised to see all of the additional tools and built in functions. I thought I would have to purchase several of your applications to do the jobs I needed to do, but they were all included in PDF Edit, and all for only $99. Great product, great price, I would not hesitate to recommend this product to anyone. I have tried several PDF Editor programs from other suppliers and all are quite expensive and offer limited features, most of them are also very complicated to use. I downloaded your demo version and after just 15 minutes of use I purchased the full version. It is easy and user friendly, comprehensive and full feature packed, it works and works well, I run Win XP Pro and it has no problems whatsoever from installation to use. It is an Excellent value for money (very cheap compared to most others) software tool that works 100% every time and allows editing of every PDF I have had need to edit (35 so far).

I purchased PDF Editor 2.1 on 11/16/2003...

By the way I also have Acrobat 5 and 6... Yours will allow me to edit a pdf created on a Mac whereas Adobe won't even let me delete something because I don't have the font on my system. I guess that means yours has one up on the original... and for a lot less money!

just found your pdf editor and it is a very nice program.....have been looking at other pdf editors , and yours by far is so much easier to install and use.
One question....when I purchase, I notice that the full version is downloaded.....do I then install that over the demo, or first uninstall the demo?
